Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Once a fragrance atomizer has been opened or sprayed, it cannot be resold, and therefore is non-returnable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrance atomizers

  • Fragrance samples or decants

  • Items marked as “final sale”

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or refund your order only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item

📸 To qualify, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped

  • Please double-check your order before completing checkout

Fragrance preferences are subjective.
Because scent perception varies by individual, we cannot accept returns based on scent preference.
