1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed after processing hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume

  • Circumstances beyond our control


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Any applicable taxes or fees are displayed before order confirmation.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lumé Scents is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Lumé Scents is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim.


6. Damaged or Leaking Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lumé Scents is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
