Lumé Scents sells fragrance atomizers and decanted fragrance products for personal use only.

3. Final Sale Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

Once a fragrance atomizer or decanted product has been opened, used, or sprayed, it cannot be returned or refunded, except as outlined in our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Fragrance performance, longevity, and scent perception vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims for damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.

All content on this website — including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, and text — is the intellectual property of Lumé Scents and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
